    Purity difference

    The purity requirement of battery-grade lithium carbonate is ≥99.5%, and the impurity content is low; the purity of industrial-grade lithium carbonate is generally 98%-99%, and it contains more impurities such as iron, copper, and aluminum. ‌

    Application field

    Battery-grade lithium carbonate is used in lithium-ion battery manufacturing (such as mobile phones and electric vehicle batteries), and industrial-grade lithium carbonate is mainly used in traditional industrial fields such as ceramics and glass. ‌

    Price difference

    Battery-grade lithium carbonate has a higher purity and is significantly more expensive than industrial-grade lithium carbonate, which is about 2-3 times that of industrial-grade lithium carbonate.
